In this open-air museum, twelve locations were selected to represent different moments of life in the Palace using state-of-the-art mapping technology. The story of the founding of the Saudi state was brought to life directly on the original façade of the Atturaif Palace. The interior of the heritage site was populated by short stories that narrate the city’s daily life. More than a half kilometer of defense walls on the opposite side of the settlement was converted into the projection screen describing the bravery of Saudi warriors.
